Harrell Arrow Point
Late Prehistoric Period.

Made of Alibates flint only found in the Texas Panhandle. This was a favorite material of the Harrell point culture.

Found some years ago by Darrell Crain on Sulpher Creek in Lampasas County, Central Texas. This point was in some displaced soil at the site of the new golf course in the Lampasas city limits. Sulpher creek was valued by the native Indians and the early Texas settlers for it's medicinal properties.
