Zorra Type Dart Point
Early Archaic, approx 5500 yrs BP
Type point made from a rootbeer flint.
Personal find from Colorado riverbanks in Burnet Co.
Note: This is a classic Zorra point. Other than stem beveling, this type is very similar to the Nolan type. The face of the stem closest to the camera is almost flat, the other side of the stem is beveled on both edges.
